Barenaked Ladies To Rock The Cobo Arena

The 2008 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) is fast approaching and it’s going to be big! This year, the event organizers have prepared a lot of surprises for the thousands of automotive enthusiasts around the world. The 2008 NAIAS guarantees 100 percent fun and entertainment!

One of the amusements in the much awaited event is the live performance of the legendary pop-rock band Barenaked Ladies. According to the Auto Channel, the group will play their greatest hits inside the Cobo Arena for the annual black-tie Charity Preview gala. The Canadian born pop-rock band is all set to rock the Cobo Arena and bang those condensers on Friday, Jan. 18, 2008. Furthermore, the live performance is sponsored by Sprint.

"Seeing Barenaked Ladies perform at Charity Preview will make this truly a night to remember for our guests," said Carl Galeana, the senior co-chairman for the NAIAS 2008. "Anyone with a Charity Preview ticket can watch the band perform in Cobo Arena."

At the day of the show, attendees are required to present their ticket stub right before stepping right at the entrance of Cobo Arena to witness the Barenaked Ladies' performance. The event will provide seating and standing room along with foods and drinks.
